These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Free Website & App Review offered by imNext, LLC (“imNext”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

- observations about speed, usability, search visibility, errors, and outdated software
- high-level findings and recommendations
- and a proposed next step (if applicable)
We review only what is publicly available or what you choose to share with us. We do not attempt to access private areas, accounts, or systems, or run intrusive security tests, without your written permission.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the Free Website & App Review.
3. No Obligation
The Free Website & App Review is not an offer for services, subscription, or contract. Participation does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a paid engagement. If we propose a paid engagement, it will be subject to a separate written agreement.
4. Information You Provide
You agree that any information you submit (including business details, website or app details, and any descriptions of problems) will be provided voluntarily and to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information.
You agree that any recommendations provided are based on the information you share and may be limited by what we can access or infer from your responses.
5. Scheduling and Communication
When you request a review, we may contact you to confirm details details and to gather additional information. You agree to provide timely responses to intake questions.
If you do not respond within a reasonable time, we may close the request.
6. Privacy and Data Handling
Any personal information you submit will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting your request, you consent to the processing of your information for the purpose of providing the review and follow-up communication.
7. No Confidentiality Guarantee for Unshared Information

12. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
